Job description
Salary: £39,000 Basic + £4,200 Car allowance + Qtly Bonus.
Full time 37.5 hours per week - Part time hours also available

What You'll Do:
- Conduct immediate needs assessments for clients
- Proactively manage cases and support individuals with life-altering injuries
- Use your excellent communication skills to help clients set and achieve rehabilitation goals
- Focus on delivering goal-driven, client-centred care
Who We're Looking For:
- HCPC, NMC, or equivalent professional registration
- At least 2 years of post-registration clinical experience
